So today wasn’t so bad. The PT was started today which was kind of brutal but I did expect it to be. They need to prepare everyone to be able to pass the PT test. Basically we just ran up and down hills at a pretty fast pace. It was hard but I was able to still keep up. The worst of it was having to do leg lifts and flutter kicks for a few minutes at a time. If it doesn’t sound like much just lie on the floor put your hands palms down under your butt and lift both your legs fully extended 6 inches off the ground.
